Who is CID Insurance Programs?

CID Insurance Programs was created 30 years ago to serve the community association industry specializing in risk and insurance solutions. The CID team has become the experts in providing insurance and risk management services for community association management companies and their association clients.

CID Insurance Programs was appointed the Insurance Program Administrator for the state organization of Community Association Managers, known as "California Association of Community Managers (CACM)" in 1996. We have successfully developed and administrated insurance programs such as Professional Liability, Office Insurance, Workers’ Compensation and Master Fidelity for the membership over the last 20 years.

CID has partnered with Community Risk Management over the last 20 years to develop customized industry specific insurance programs to meet the needs of community association management companies and the shared exposures of their association clients. CID works with each management firm to create customized insurance and risk solutions.

Years of experience in community association insurance and risk management has allowed CID to lead the industry in knowledge and expertise. CID specializes in insuring both community associations and their management companies throughout the 10 western states.

We have co-partnered with CACM to educate the membership on insurance and risk issues facing management companies. CID has co-authored numerous CACM insurance and risk courses and actively participates in teaching the courses annually for the membership.
